We met Krista through our veterinary clinic where she was holding a puppy pre-school class. After finishing
the 4 week course we continued training with Krista and enrolled our energetic Labrador puppy in her 25 day
residency program. We continued with follow-up lessons where Krista showed us how the importance of
leadership and consistency in your dog's life creates a well-behaved family pet that looks to you with love
and respect. We found Krista to be patient, loving, kind and even tempered with our pet. We can't say
enough about her training techniques and talents as an animal trainer. Even after several years, it is
nice to know that if we have a question about a particular behavior she is only a phone call away! We also
have a toy poodle that Krista has trained. Thanks to her we have a happy healthy pack that everyone, even

By the time I met Krista at K-9 Connection I had gone through 3 dog trainers and obedience classes at a local
pet store in an effort to overcome shyness and address aggression in my 14 month old German Shepherd puppy,
Stella. Having gained little results from these previous efforts, I approached another trainer with
reluctance and skepticism. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised. Krista has a unique talent with dogs
and their owners. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. After a two week residency training
program at K-9 Connection, Stella has shown great progress and is much more calm and obedient. She is more
receptive to attention from strangers and greets other dogs with much less anxiety. Our follow-up sessions
have been particularly useful for me to understand how to relate to Stella in a positive, reassuring way. I
highly recommend Krista and K-9 Connection for anyone looking to improve their relationship with their dog.
